Inventory remains healthy across the region, giving buyers more choices than they had this time last year. At the same time, pending and sold activity continues to outpace 2025 in both Lake and Marion counties, showing that motivated buyers are still making moves when the right home comes along.
Many buyers around The Villages continue prioritizing lifestyle, convenience, and low-maintenance living. Homes that are move-in ready, offer outdoor living space, and provide easy access to community amenities are attracting the most attention.
The median sold price in The Villages last week was approximately $330,000, while the median active listing price was approximately $380,000. Homes that sold averaged about 42 days to contract.
