Inventory continues to rise across much of the region, particularly in Lake County, giving buyers more choices than they had this time last year. At the same time, sold activity increased in all three counties, showing that buyers are still actively making moves when they find the right home.
Around The Villages specifically, the median sold price last week was approximately $356,000, while homes reached contract in a median of just 16 days. Well-maintained homes that are priced appropriately continue attracting attention.
For buyers, increased inventory creates more opportunities and flexibility. For sellers, presentation and pricing remain as important as ever.
