Inventory remains relatively balanced across Lake County, but buyer activity continues to outpace last year. Pending sales increased significantly compared to the same week in 2025, while sold activity also remained stronger year over year.
Many buyers throughout Mount Dora, Tavares, Eustis, Leesburg, and Clermont continue prioritizing move-in-ready homes, outdoor living spaces, and properties that offer convenient access to shopping, dining, and recreation.
The median sold price last week was approximately $360,000, while homes that sold averaged about 40 days to contract.
