Although sales transactions were lower than the same week last year, homes that are priced correctly and show well continue to attract attention.
Many buyers throughout Mount Dora, Eustis, Tavares, Leesburg, and Clermont are still prioritizing lifestyle, outdoor living, and move-in-ready properties. As we move deeper into summer, homes with updated interiors, flexible living spaces, and low-maintenance features continue standing out.
Median sold price for the week was approximately $370,000, with homes averaging 53 days to contract.
